Orphanage Construction – North Kivu, DR Congo

Bridge for Hope Organization is launching a transformational project: the construction of a full-scale orphanage complex in North Kivu, DR Congo, located 42 kilometers from the city of Beni. Spread across 10 hectares, this initiative is designed to restore dignity, provide care, and offer life-changing opportunities to orphaned and vulnerable children in the region.

This orphanage is more than just a shelter—it’s a self-sustaining community that includes:

• Primary and Nursery Schools

• 24 Classrooms + 8 Practical Workshop Rooms

• Library, Study Hall & Teacher Lounge

🏥 Health & Care

• Medical-Social Center with:

  • 25 rooms / 75-bed capacity

  • Emergency rooms, pediatric units

  • Pharmacy, lab & surgery unit

🏠 Accommodation

• 5 Boarding Dormitories for children

• Housing for Missionaries and Volunteers: 8 apartments & 12 residences

• Kitchen & Dining Block with cold rooms and storage

🏢 Administration & Community

• Administrative Building with 7 offices, meeting rooms & reception

• Club House with a restaurant, lounge, laundry & more

• Memorial Roundabout honoring sponsors & donors

⚽ Sports & Recreation

• Football & Basketball Fields

• Changing Rooms, Toilets, and Showers

• Podium and Locker Facilities

This project also includes perimeter fencing, gatehouses, and everything needed to operate as a fully functional community for children.
